  HOW TO RECEIVE A TRANSFER

  At Malam we understand the reasons of sending money home, thats why we make receiving the funds as easy as possible.

1. Reference Number and ID

For recipients to pick up the money transfer, they need to have acceptable identification documents and the unique reference number given to the sender. Take these to your Malam branch or agent to pick up your money.

2. Identification and Payment

At the Malam office or branch you will not be given your money without acceptable evidence of identity and contact details.

You will be asked to produce these and sign a completed receive form.

  GENERAL INFORMATION

  Make sure you check the amount received against your receipt to ensure you receive the correct amount.

  We will not entertain any complaints of under payment or shortages of cash from sealed packets after you left our offices.

  Do not try to pick up your transfer without the reference number because you may find that it is not ready.

3. Your Money and Receipt

When your identification and reference number are confirmed, the money is yours. That is! Simple and easy.
