HOW TO SEND A TRANSFER
With Malam Money you are not just sending money but your love and concern
for your dependants. Making a Malam money transfer is as easy as 1, 2, 3.
All you need to do is:
1. Make a Payment
Just pay the amount you want to send plus the
commission into one of our bank accounts
and gives a call on 020 8552 9988.
You can pay-in cash over the counter at any branch of our banks;
make an online transfer into our account;
or visit any of our offices or agents in person.
2. Advise us by phone or email
When you contact us we will need to know the sender's name and contact details. Who you are sending to?
How much you paid-in and where? And where will the recipient pick it up - country and city/town.

INFORMATION
We only send cleared funds, so if you pay-in
a cheque or make an online transfer please do allow three to four working days for the payment to clear if paying from a different bank
.
Senders must present acceptable proof of
identity and address for transactions of over £650.00.
We do not publish our account details for security
reasons but should you require the information please do not hesitate to contact us on 020 8552 998.
3. Confirmation and sending
Upon confirmation of the information given, you will be given a reference number confirming the
transactions. We will then check your payment with our online banking and as soon as we receive it
your transaction will be sent.
